Our ambulance patient transfer service covers low to medium acuity medical transports across the Auckland region.
We transport people between facilities — public hospitals, aged care facilities, and medical providers — and we foster positive relationships with our patients and clients in our mahi every day.
This is our core service. We won't be delayed by unscheduled callouts.

Need a transport not listed here? Get in touch with us. Unless otherwise organised, we generally don't service private residences — our focus is transferring people between our clients' facilities.
Why us
Strong working relationships with public hospital staff to ensure speedy, issue-free patient discharge.
Being on time is one of our key strengths — including making sure your patient is on time for their appointment, at public and private hospitals, imaging specialists and outpatient clinics.
Where appropriate, we can transfer a mobilising patient into a wheelchair for a clinic that can't accommodate a stretcher. They're always transported on a stretcher in the ambulance itself.
Subject to availability, we can remain with your patient throughout their appointment. The standard return journey cost includes up to one hour of waiting time, and longer waits can be arranged for an additional charge.
Where appropriate, we can also help guide patients through their appointment — assisting with check-in, helping them move between areas, liaising with staff, and supporting them through the process as smoothly and efficiently as possible.
We can accommodate up to two additional passengers — family, support person, transit nurse — at no additional charge.
Up to 3L/min oxygen delivery (5L/min when escorted) for the duration of the transport.
When required, 3-lead ECG, SpO₂, temperature and non-invasive blood pressure monitoring are available for escorted patients during transport.
USB charging is available for patient and caregiver devices, with 12V DC and 240V AC power also available for approved medical equipment en-route.
Curated playlists, familiar favourites, or music requested by patients, clients or caregivers. Music can be especially helpful for patients living with dementia or Alzheimer’s, helping create familiarity, calm, and connection during transport.
For longer journeys, suitable music or media can help the time pass, and where appropriate, patients can cast their own content to the cabin screen.
We hold a OneMusic NZ licence for music played during transport, supporting legal music use and ensuring music creators are paid.
**Comfort**
Our ambulances are fully air-conditioned and equipped with patient-cabin heating, helping keep patients comfortable in both summer and winter conditions.
The patient cabin also features dimmable warm and cool LED lighting, allowing us to create a softer, calmer environment for each journey.
Care & experience
Many of the people we transport are living with dementia or another memory condition, and we know unfamiliar routines and surroundings can be unsettling. Our crew take things at the patient's pace — a friendly face, a familiar playlist, and a calm, reassuring manner throughout the journey. We understand, and we genuinely care about getting it right.
